Earth Gardener
Assistant gardener for people and planet.
Apart from my spiritual work I am engaged in various humanitarian projects. For earth and mankind, now is a crucial time – all hands on deck in bringing about the necessary shift in consciousness and values. From a culture of exploitation to a nurturing civilization.
Sustainable investing for everyone
I volunteer as mentor for a startup developing a sustainable investment app called Gaia. Launching first in Denmark.
Gaia makes sustainable investing easy for everyone. 100 $ is enough to get started. Not only environmental ecology, but also equality, proper working conditions and clean water. The 17 UN World Goals serve as a guide.
For me it is paramount that as many people as possible participate in investing sustainably. Voting for change with their money. Women especially as they own just 25 % of the world’s ressources, but do most of the work – most farmers are women globally and many carry single parent responsibility. If we are to save the world, mankind must walk on two legs – men and women together – instead of falling over on one. What we pour ressources into – grows.
Not least, good economy and education of women are the two most important factors globally in improving living standards and reducing overpopulation.
Let´s save the planet one investment at a time!
Earth rights
My Native American teachers taught me a deep love for nature and a profound realization of our interconnectedness. We are in a holy relationship with other creatures and Earth herself.
As a young law student I worked with the Cree Nation in Alberta, Canada, preparing a presentation for the United Nations. I studied the Human Rights Declaration and discovered to my amazement that two women were in charge of drafting this important document in 1947. First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt og Danish Bodil Begtrup as chairman and vice president. I had even met Bodil Begtrup once as a child, she was a friend of my grandmother’s.
I believe that Earth herself should have a UN Declaration of Rights. To bring into focus the necessity of man to change its relation to the planet and all living beings. From greedy exploitation and the illusion of ownership to nurturing caretaking for the good of all. A Declaration would invoke a system of consequence and legal remedies. People or companies that destroy our natural environment must be taken to court, restore and pay.

A Lifeline in Grief
Because of the invaluable volunteer help we received in connection with the death of our daughter, I cofounded an organization helping families grieving the loss of a parent or child. In Danish called Lifeline in Grief. It is since merged with another organization. (Børn, Unge & Sorg. Også Foreningen for Spædbarnsdød )
We created Lifeline in Grief because we knew that many grieving families receive little or no help from society. With severe consequences for quality of life and mental health. Luckily online groups are now available like Grief2Growth.
